Black magic book

A friend of us was with what he though was a shaman, he had already spent several months living with him inside the jungle, but he did not know the difference between a shaman and a sorcerer.

After several months, when our friend believed he had gained trust with the person, he asked if he had done any black magic. The person answered yes, he said he owned a book made by previous sorcerers who passed it over to him. The book was to communicate with spirits or making business with demons.

With such an answer, he asked if he could tell him something about it. The only thing he added was that in order to read it, a ritual must be performed.

The ceremony is done with a candle next to the book, if the message is acknowledged the candle will turn off by itself, if this happens you can turn to the next page, where another ritual is performed. If the candle does not turn off, the page has to be redone.
